Because your merchandise item is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, including a photo of the defect and we will process an exchange or refund.

eBooks and Audiobooks are not eligible for returns or refunds.
